Location

Pilates Haven is located in the East Rock neighborhood. Our studio is located within mActivity fitness center (we are a separate business, and our clients do not need a mActivity membership).

We are easily accessible from I-91, I-95, and Whitney Avenue. We also have a free, private parking lot, mActivity lot, right across the street.
