Rates & Policies
Pilates Haven offers private one on one sessions. In these sessions, we use the entire Pilates system, including the reformer, mat work, and a wide range of apparatuses. The best way to learn the system, tailor it to your needs and goals, and see results quickly is with one-on-one sessions. All sessions are by appointment only.

Private Sessions
Single- $125
5 Pack- $575 (115)
10 Pack- $1000 (100)
- All packages expire 6 months after purchase and all sales are final
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Failure to cancel your appointment within this period will result in being charged the full amount with tax.
- Prices do not include 6.35% CT sales tax.
- All sessions end 55 minutes* after the scheduled appointment time.
- We kindly ask all clients to please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne out of respect to the other clients.
- As required by the Connecticut Health Department, all clients must wear socks while exercising. We find socks with grippy soles to be especially helpful, but any socks will do.
- Please remove all jewelry before exercising.
- Please avoid exercise clothes with zippers to prevent damaging the upholstery on the equipment.
